Refund Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for any reason ("change of mind"), provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

Faulty or wrong items: you may request a return within 30 days; we cover return shipping in this case.

— Perishable goods (food, flowers).

— Personal-hygiene items once opened (cosmetics, intimate apparel).

— Custom-made or personalised goods.

— Digital products and gift cards.

— Items marked "Final sale" at checkout.

1. Email ⟪CUSTOMER_SERVICE_EMAIL unset⟫ or call ⟪CUSTOMER_SERVICE_PHONE unset⟫ with your order number and the items to return.

2. We email you a return label or pickup booking within 1 business day.

3. Hand the item to the courier (or drop at the listed location) within 7 days.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue the refund within 5 business days.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method (KNET / Mada / card) via MyFatoorah. Settlement to your account typically takes 3–7 business days after we approve the refund.

Change-of-mind returns: a flat KWD 2.000 return-shipping fee within Kuwait. GCC return shipping is quoted per case.

Faulty or wrong-item returns: return shipping is free.

If an item is returned damaged, missing accessories, or showing signs of use, we may reduce the refund proportionally and notify you before processing.

We process exchanges as a return followed by a new order to make sure the system records inventory and pricing correctly. There is no extra fee for the second order.
